Product Description

Cloris guyana is a popular grass with livestock farmers especially those in the dairy sector.

Rhodes grass seed is very light; sowing rates are typically 3–8 kg/ha depending on planting method and seed quality.
It performs best in areas receiving 600–1,000 mm rainfall and is highly drought tolerant once established.
It combines very well with legumes such as Stylosanthes, Desmodium, and Gliricidia sepium fodder banks to improve protein supply.
